What You'll Receive

Where a product includes an EPUB companion file, both the PDF and EPUB are provided together in the same download, so you can read on whichever device or app you prefer. Exam Simulator products are delivered as a self-contained interactive package that runs in your web browser rather than a static document.
Exactly what's included varies by format and is listed on each product page, but as a general guide: Practice Tests typically include 500 practice questions with detailed explanations and an answer key; Rapid Reviews include condensed study notes for fast revision; Quick References include a compact summary guide; Exam Simulators include an interactive, repeatable browser-based practice exam; and Complete Bundles combine multiple formats together in one purchase.
How Delivery Works
CertCraft Institute sells digital study resources only. No physical item is shipped, ever — delivery works exactly the same no matter where in the world you're located.
After a successful purchase, your files are made available through the download system connected to the store. You'll find your download link on the order confirmation screen immediately after checkout, and again in the confirmation email sent to the address used for your order.
Saving Your Files
We recommend downloading and saving your files to a secure location — such as your device's Downloads folder or your own cloud storage — as soon as you receive them, so they're easy to find throughout your study period. Files are provided for personal study use.
